My experience at this hotel was far from ideal. While the pool area was functional and my children enjoyed it, the overall experience was marred by poor service and a lack of cleanliness. Staff interactions were often subpar, and the dining situation was chaotic, making it hard to have a relaxed meal. Given these issues, I cannot recommend this hotel.
